At Carner Barcelona, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the perfume bottle remains sealed in its original cellophane wrap and place it securely in the original shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked courier service to send the package back to our Barcelona warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
